We have built about a dozen homes using JWR Stock Plans and they are the most complete stock plans I’ve used…easy to build, all the numbers are there through all phases, very thorough. You are never left guessing and don’t have to figure things out. JWR plans are buildable from a builder’s standpoint, and visually appealing…always look nice…never saw one that looks bad. Sometimes you see stock plans being built and you say, What happened there? Their Stock Plan price is good. As house prices go up, you have to save wherever you can. People are trying to save $5,000 where they can. JWR Ready to Build Plans are a good idea!”
