We designed a 23-unit apartment building on Prince Avenue in Bellingham that includes a range of floor plans—from 1 bed/1 bath to spacious 4 bed/4 bath units—designed to attract a mix of tenants, including young professionals, families, students, and co-living arrangements. Each unit features its own private balcony or patio, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection and adding value for residents. The three-story building was carefully designed to work with the site’s natural slope, with the main entry points located on the second floor—providing direct access from the parking lot and simplifying circulation for residents. This project reflects our ability to design efficient, flexible multifamily housing that responds to both market needs and unique site conditions.
