Designed using the City of Bellingham’s infill toolkit, the project delivers a higher-density housing solution that fits seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhood. Located on the west side of Northern Lights Park in North Bellingham, these two-story Craftsman-style townhomes offer open floor plans with spacious great rooms, dual private ensuites on the second floor, covered front porches, and dedicated exterior storage—features that appeal to a range of residents, including young families, professionals, and downsizers seeking a blend of comfort and convenience.
